Mobile penetration rates were off the charts till the newcomers’ 3G / 4G enabled handset and sims were out of stock. Mobile data penetration was over the top and the world was surprised by the fact that the internet was introduced to the majority of the population on mobile phones skipping the entire .com era.

The rapid and robust growth of the industry follows the fast steady growth of other business, public and private sectors. “ICT” is arguably the key to the nation’s development yet it takes every other sectors’ matured sustainability.
